I have been with Evolve Media for over fifteen (15) years, and my role is to ensure that there is a win-win environment for our clients and staff members alike. That means we work with established processes and structures that give the team freedom to be creative and deliver at their optimum. 

Among my tasks is streamlining the operations to meet the various working modalities of the diverse client base we handle. And because brands grow to rely on the stability of the teams backing them, I ensure that the back-office services correlate with the creatives working with the clients on various projects. All within the set budgets and timelines.
